Equine Educational Holidays – Learn to Drive Multiple Hitches
Get the facts … debunk the fables!
Your instructor and host for these weekends will be Tim Barton, with the help of some guest clinicians. Tim has Bachelor Degrees in both Science and Education and taught Equine Comparative Anatomy at Olds College for over 20 years. Tim has made his living as a teacher, farrier, and guide/outfitter, and is the owner and head honcho of The Outpost. His diverse and interesting background enables him to draw on many resources when sharing his knowledge and experiences with his students. Besides being a fascinating and informative speaker and teacher, Tim can “tell tall tales” with the best of ‘em. Just check with the Tennessee Mule Artist, Bonnie Shields pictured below discussing one of Tim’s Clinics! A picture is worth a thousand words, and this sketch of Bonnie’s pretty much sums up her artistic thoughts on one of Tim’s clinics!
These packages take place at The Outpost, with wagon/stagecoach transport from the Bighorn, and all meals and accommodation included for a 3 day stay. Tim is also available to host these clinics at your facility in the off season months of December through April. If you can’t get him personally, you can also purchase his videos. Please call us at 403.762.2767 or email us at info@outpostatwardenrock.com .
